Health care workers are regularly exposed to a wide range of hazards and risks during their course of work. Working Wise’s goal is to enhance the wellbeing of workers in the health care industry. Although it is impossible to eliminate all the risks associated with the industry, we help to implement effective health and safety management systems to minimise harm and risks to our health workers and their patients.
Working Wise has worked with the Wairarapa DHB to implement GOSH along with health & safety training for managers. Empowering managers to take control of their health & safety and investigation processes.
Our philosophy is everyone is a leader in health and safety, and everyone is engaged in the workplace. This includes preventing and dealing with workplace bullying and other unacceptable behaviour.
